With companies now demanding Q.A/Q.C. Procedures, which body does your procedure relate to?


F&E was accepted as a member of the "Electrical Apparatus Services Association" in September 1998, since then we have been exercising all procedures stated by EASA's in Q.A./Q.C. Manual for Electrical Service Repair Shops. With these procedures equipment have been added to our inventory mainly for pre-installation testing to ensure any repair hob leaving our shop is in good working condition, as well as with its test report.

Currently management is undertaking the necessary changes and additions to becoming ISO 9002 certified. A representative is designated to only doing Q.A. /Q.C. in our workshop, as well as relating to customers informing them of job progress and any unforeseen repairs that may be deemed as additional work.
